Guarantee Terms

• All items have a one year workmanship guarantee subject to normal wear & tear. The guarantee covers back to base repair only
• Moving parts are not covered by the one tear workmanship Guarantee. Moving parts include, Zippers, Button Poppers, Buckles and Velcro tabs and closures
• All guarantee requests are handled on a case by case basis and applies to all products we sell on our website only
• If out of guarantee, any back to base repairs cost including shipping is customer responsibility. We will inform you of such costs prior to repair
• One year guarantee does not apply to items sold in other marketplaces i.e. ebay, Amazon or anywhere else other than directly on the Reltex website

​Refund & Exchange Terms

• We can only issue refunds once we have received the item(s) back & all conditions on this page are met. We do not refund any postage charges for exchange or refunds
• We will refund / exchange items that are delivered faulty or advertised incorrectly. As standard all our items are 100% quality inspected prior to shipment, and photo date stamped with invoice
• We do exchange sizes but this is only subject to an additional delivery charge (dependent on order) so please only use the size guide on the product page as guidance
• For any reason for return we are unable to refund delivery charges, and may charge a restocking fee in certain circumstances, dealt with on a case by case basis
• We can not refund or exchange an item that has been ordered with any additional requested alteration
• We can not accept items damaged in transit so please ensure returns are packaged appropriately
• If your unhappy with anything, please contact us to give us the opportunity to resolve your concern
